Extensive international tax advisory focusing on expatriate and impatriate issues such as personal income tax, social security, labor law, immigration and especially:- Advices regarding structuration of remuneration packages, drafting and implementation of global mobility policies (tax equalization, gross up, gross to net and true up calculations);- Determination of the most appropriate social security regime and assistance regarding the procedure within the social security institutions;- Advices regarding employees shareholding policy (i.e. stock-options plans, restricted share units);- Preparation of French income tax returns for French tax residents and non-French tax residents;- Implementation of labor law relief for individuals and executives (including drafting of assignment letter);- Assistance within international employees’ payroll.
