My first job like experience would be a mentorship class I had during high school. The job they assigned me was to maintain the library. Doing work such as answering the phones, putting the books where they're supposed to go, do projects for teachers, and even checking out books to faculty and students. My second like job would be work study because I go to Clark Atlanta University. That job taught me about data entry, ZOOM, and etc. My current job now is a hostess at The Cheesecake Factory where I have been for 1 year now. So I have 1 year in customer service. Customer service I feel is a big part of marketing. The skills I have are Excel, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Google Doc, Zoom, and Social Media. Currently I am taking a course in investment banking with TD Securities.
