I have been in my current role as Store Manager for 5 years and as Assistant Manager for 4 years prior within the same company and location. I feel I have grown as much as I can in my current workplace and I am ready for new challenges! I am skilled and have background in many areas.For marketing, I have managed a Google Business Page for 4+ years and maintain weekly upkeep with basic business info, uploading photos, creating events and posts, and responding to reviews in a timely and professional manner. I also have managed a Facebook Page for 5+ years, often creating and boosting events and posts. I manage, create, and schedule emails through Constant Contact and a rewards program. I have done scheduling for over 5 years for 18-25 employees in 5 different roles. I have accomplished many HR-related tasks such as hiring and firing, employee reviews, and conflict discussion. I have maintained a very organized and detailed back-stock inventory system in a tangible and online format. I was actively in charge of inventory for 5 years and recently took the role back on. As I person, I strive to be kind, empathetic, and accepting of all people. I am loyal, dependable, and very organized. Although I have sometimes been known to be a reserved person, it has also made me very observant and detail oriented. I am excited for future opportunities and challenges!
