The Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for compiling, publishing, and maintaining the online presence for Wintek. Creates and maintains analytics showing data on what marketing strategies are successful and what avenue potential customers use to find Wintek. The Digital Media Coordinator will recommend search engine optimization practice for the company website. Uses digital media creation tools to create exciting and visually interactive content for the company website and 
social media. Produce and create event and social media graphics, videos, and other viral material. Give detailed feedback and guidance on graphics for marketing email newsletters, print material and other visual assets. Assists with and participates in Customer related marketing, sales, and PR events. Joined in the coordination of new marketing materials with out of house agencies.

Assisted with new student data entry, office mailings, and mail distribution. Assisted my employer with any assignments or needs that the office had. Updated data for incoming students and input mailing data for virtual tours. Completed daily mail requests for transfer students, incoming freshman students, and prospective students.

Serving as a student ambassador for Cardinal Corps included responsibilities such as assisting with special events on campus hosted by the Office of the President and other departments on campus. Assisted with event set-up, provided assistance to guests at events, and answer questions so that events and functions would run as smooth as possible.

Led students through a two-day freshman orientation seminar. Facilitated group discussions and activities. Connected students to resources and fostered development of student-to-student connections. Experience in public speaking.

Created marketing and communication materials for the 2016 and 2017 BSU Dance Marathons. Recorded and edited film as promotional materials for the marathons. Created and distributed flyers, graphics, and media for events through social media and in person. Assisted with logistics for the marathon, worked as part of the media crew during the marathon and ensured event success.

As Vice President of Community Relations, I oversaw the marketing and communications of our 10 Panhellenic Sororities. I assisted with the coordination of our marketing and communication for Greek Life as a whole. I created and designed the promotional materials for Council and Greek Life activities and reviewed our communication policies and PR practices. These activities won recognition at the National AFLV conference for Public Relations.
