Currently leading VIVAIO EMPOWER as its Founder, I am a high school senior at Pacific Palisades Charter High School, with a graduation in 2025. My core competencies lie in recruiting and networking, which have been instrumental in growing our student base and scaling operations. With a vision to empower youth through education, my journey has taken us from starting with 500 students to aiming for 5000 by year's end.Our team, comprising driven senior high schoolers, has successfully launched a fundraising campaign and expanded our curriculum. The experience of visiting Africa and being hands-on in implementing our first project was transformative. This endeavor encapsulates our commitment to creating global change, and I am eager to leverage my skills in networking and recruiting to foster a culture of empowerment and growth within our organization.
