I'm a bit of a catch all. I love all things technological, but still get excited about things like writing a manual or training a crowd of people how to customize a Dynamics CRM form. I've worked in law enforcement, the mortgage industry, marketing, technical support, consultancy, and as the owner/writer/photographer of my own adventure blog. I'm an adventurer at heart and get a thrill in learning new things. I'm big on solving problems. I love puzzles and if something looks like it can be refined into something better I can't help but jump right in. I'm an extremely cheerful person who works well with others and believes in developing healthy team dynamics. I have training in workplace psychology, organizational psychology and project management. I'm comfortable leading a group or simply being part of one.My focus is in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I have experience in requirements gathering, implementation, customizing, supporting and training people how to use this fabulous product. I have worked with every instance of Dynamics CRM from 4.0 to Dynamics 365. I am familiar with the PSA and Field service modules and am working on adding the Unified Service Desk to my knowledge base. I'm skilled in the entire Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, etc. I'm familiar with products such as 3dsMax and Photoshop.I am experienced in document creation, including requirement documents, solution design documents and technical documents. I also have a background in the creation of presale documents and demonstrations. I am currently adding to my skill box and am learning SQL, WordPress, SSRS and am getting reacquainted with my video game software in pursuit of the creation of the game idea I've been working on for years.
