I came to the Clippers from Minor League Baseball’s Sacramento River Cats, where I moved steadily through the ranks from a part-time Inside Sales Rep to the Inside Sales Manager. I transitioned from managing a team of six salespeople at the River Cats to recruiting, training and managing one of the biggest inside sales teams in the history of sports in my first role at the Clippers. Alongside two other managers, I led 50+ employees to meet revenue records and successes.I was promoted to oversee the Clippers’ account executive team, and now lead eight sales representatives as the team’s Manager, Ticket Sales. I have grown and adjusted my leadership style to manage more experienced employees. My goal is to find the sweet spot between holding people accountable, driving results and caring about them personally. I have pulled from my experience growing up in and around sports, as well as my professional positions, to create an environment where passionate, hard-working employees push each other to be better and work together like a family. I also am involved with our organization outside of my role by helping lead the Clippers’ Voting Rights Committee. I challenge myself to grow so that I can become an even better role model and mentor.
