I am currently working on my PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Carleton University within the Energy and Emissions Research Lab (EERL). My work looks at soot emissions from flares, specifically from flares in cross-flow.I have previously completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Technology, and Master of Applied Science (MASc) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa. I have worked as a CO-OP student at the University of Ottawa, National Research Council Canada, Department of Defence, and Carleton University.Other research topics I am interested in include diffusion flame theory, emissions from combustion applications, and waste combustors. I look forward to pursuing a research career in the field of combustion.
