About Alexis Vaughn

For me, management and leadership are about more than earning a paycheck. In my career, I have moved seamlessly between corporate and mission-driven organizations, demonstrating that profits and positive social outcomes are complementary companions. I’ve always loved a good brainteaser. I am motivated by the challenge of converting goals to results, simplifying complexity, forging new paths, and building strong teams. And for extra fun, I have done this around the world in ten different countries on four continents, in six different industries, and in Spanish. I’m not one for sleepy and static. My specialties:• Executive management & leadership• Challenging the status quo• Strategy design & implementation• Collaborative organizational development • Driving social sector outcomes • Community engagement• Talent identification & cultivationIn this age of technical specialization, it is more valuable than ever to have well-rounded management, broad perspective and the flexibility to navigate the ever-changing and unpredictable landscape. Here’s to interesting times!
