I currently am employed at Micropulse Inc as a purchasing assistant. Day to day operations include, communicating effectively with customers and suppliers as well as the different departments within Micropulse. I ensure purchase orders are accurate and submitted in timely manner. I am the head Junior Varsity Softball Coach for Columbia City High School. My goal is to train young students how to become not only better softball players but prepare my players for the world outside of high school. I want them to be confident, respectful, resilient, and understand their emotions to overcome them in the heat of moments. Previously I served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, but I did so much more than just law enforcement. I left South Korea working as a Desk Sergeant(Emergency Dispatch). I was in charge of 12 soldiers and 24 Korean Soldiers by advising and mentoring. I have been given leadership opportunities throughout the ranks. I supervised and managed over $100,000 in equipment. I managed calendars, medical updates for my office of 5 personnel, and cleaning supplies for over 200 Soldiers. I have co partnered to create a family oriented events that over 300 soldiers and family members attended. While being in the Army I have received 8 coins for acknowledgement of hard work and dedication. I’ve been awarded multiple Army Certificate of Achievements. I have been awarded the Army Achievement Medal two times now for my drive and care to accomplish the mission at hand. I have received two Army Commendation Medals.Before the Army, I worked at CVS, while coaching high school softball. CVS gave me a great start into organizing supplies and customer service. While coaching allowed me to teach young players the game and help them succeed in their softball careers.I am currently taking classes towards a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management at Park University online.I am open to hearing from prior service members!
