Formally Applied Imaging - NetSmart Plus

I help triage incoming tickets that are requested by users using HelpStar and taking phone calls. I provide desktop support for all users over a vast range including user accounts, hardware/software issues, printers, telecommunications, and network. I am experienced using both thin client machines as well as thick machines, so troubleshooting is extremely detailed to make sure problems are 100% solved with any machine.Not only do I provide desktop support, but I am responsible for our working and maintaining our imaging system. I use System Center Configuration Manager to construct images and task sequences to image our various machines models. These images/task sequences include building the correct driver packages, software packages and software applications to deploy to all machines. Each day is filled with different tasks and I am always learning something new. In December of 2016, I attended a meeting for HDI where I was nominated for Help Desk Analyst of the Year by my team lead. I was recognized for my hardwork and dedication I've put in as a Help Desk Analyst at Pine Rest.

I worked as a Intern that helped the department with any work they needed assistance with as well take in Help Desk tickets. I troubleshot and solved problems that are technology related and answered day to day questions users asked. I have experience fixing simple technology problems from software to hardware problems. I created documentation for problems that I solved and also was in charge of taking inventory, organizing, and cleaning.

I have a numerous of tasks here that can vary from fixing cables to tutoring students. I monitor labs and help with any question students may have. I also help maintain school equipment and make sure it is working and where it's supposed to be.

I helped customers find great deals on cute, fashionable clothing. As a sales associate, I have experience in providing outstanding customer service, able to work the register, participated in inventory, processed stock, and cleaned/maintained the store to create an organized, positive environment.
