The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) a non-profit organization funded by 140+ utilities and energy efficiency partners of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana.Lead the development and execution of revolutionary energy efficient programs coupling strategic market partners with energy efficiency opportunities to create new business models and growing revenue streams. These programs result in consumer behavior and market change ultimately helping the Northwest region meet energy efficiency targets. Consistently exceed annual savings targets (ROI)Programs execution and marketing efforts nationally recognized by ENERGY STAR and Association of Energy Service Professionals in 2011, 2012, 2013. Develop long-term strategic supply chain partnerships and optimal distribution channels to drive energy efficient product adoption to accelerate organizational goals and targets.Successfully introduced new product offering to big box retail stores changing national stocking practices of energy efficient products. Built partnerships with non-profits, local, state, and regional governments to cross-market and educate business community on water & energy conservation, alternative transportation, waste prevention, and recycling practices. Collaborated with local & regional governments to design and implement coordinated commercial waste prevention & recycling programs on behalf of the business community of Washington County. Developed and helped execute sustainability, waste prevention, and recycling plans for over 100 businesses. Wrote & implemented Metro Capital Improvement grant and Washington County’s first successful Oregon Department of Environmental Quality Grant to create behavior change in food waste collection and recycling. Developed and implemented Washington County’s Recycle at Work award recognizing businesses’ best in class sustainability practices.

Maintained network of community partners and businesses throughout the City of Portland, including: Association of Catering and Event Professionals, to continually develop new programs and increase awareness of sustainability issues throughout the Portland Metropolitan area. Represented Portland BlueWorks Program at community events and association meetings. Created recycling plan for Oregon’s largest college. Worked cross-jurisdictionally with other government agencies to ensure implementation across jurisdiction lines. Developed and marketed sustainable action plans for Portland businesses and multi-tenant facilities.
