Alexis, a 23 year Real Estate veteran, is the Founder and Principal of Next Level Talent. Recruiting and talent management has been a large part of Alexis’ career for over a decade prior to shifting to talent acquisition full time in 2018. She started working exclusively in talent acquisition to combine her knowledge of the real estate industry and her passion for helping people achieve their goals. Alexis started her real estate career at Corcoran, working alongside some of the industry’s top agents, landlords and real estate developers. She spent time in construction management and new development, and was focused on taking a hands-on approach to learning various trades in the industry. Working through continuously changing markets turned her into an expert at analyzing markets, evaluating competition and strategically positioning her clients to be competitive in any market. Alexis has spent years building on her strong foundation for her real estate career. After a decade working in a brokerage as an agent, Alexis ventured into management and applied her experience and expertise as the Managing Director of several firms throughout the city. She scaled these brokerages while guiding new and seasoned agents and giving them tools to develop their careers.Alexis has always taken great pride in the customer service and experience she offers and works hard to fulfill the needs of every individual she encounters.
