• In charge of the full Body of “Espace IV”, assembled on a dedicated line (underbody, Body sides and final body assembly)• Managed both design and process engineers for the full design cycle. Optimized annual cost reductions plan by re-designing the product and modifying the process.• Managed the annual capital expenses plan, supporting the manufacturing teams by leading various process and product modifications.• Led quality improvements: in charge of analyzing and sorting quality issues that relate to product and process specifications on the whole product life cycle, including outsourced parts. Renault Plant -Sandouville-France

• Ramp up of the underbody assembly line for 2 vehicles already brought to market, process efficiency improvement, time cycle improvement, product set up on the assembly line. Mass production issues solving: welding, geometrical conformity, process liability issues, internal customer interface.• Final product set up on the body in white perimeter (body equipped with openings): main interface for the internal customers (paint department, final assembly department), to satisfy the final quality of the vehicle. Part of the project starting from the first vehicle made in the plant until the final production agreement.
