I was responsible for representing Amey as part of joint venture companies bidding for new projects.At Amey, I closed deals in education and transport.My role included preparing investment papers for the Board of Directors, interfacting between business units, managing external financial advisers and tracking budgets.

I provided financial advice to public sector bodies who were procuring new projects in waste management, waste to energy, education, and healthcare.I assessed the financial viability of tenders received, and reviewed the financial models associated with them.I trained newly qualified accountants in financial modelling.
