• Processes and reconciles payroll for approximately 3,000 employees using JDE Oracle and Ultimate Software.• Compose and post General Ledgers weekly.• Serve as primary contact for all payroll related issues.• Assist Supervisor and manager with special projects as requested.• Process all manual payments outside of the scheduled payroll cycle including but not limited to severance, missed pay, non-pay, bonuses, stock vesting payments etc.• Complete all union due payments monthly.• Other duties as assigned by Payroll Manager.

• Maintains reports and timesheets to insure accurate and timely processing of payroll.• Ensures payroll record’s accuracy by maintaining updates in status changes, withholdings, deductions and paid time off, etc. • Sets up new hires in ADP• Process all manual payments outside of the scheduled payroll cycle including but not limited to severance, missed pay, non pay, etc.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed• Other duties as assigned by Payroll Manager
