I've been working in tech industry as a developer in Singapore for more than 10 years now and started my own tech company back in 2016/2017. It was not always easy to work with someone like me because I care too much about the quality of work (from communication, design, front & backend, QA to data protection & security) and in Acmex, we practice on-time delivery.Therefore, I don't dare to risk and outsource our projects abroad to 3rd party vendors. Please don't get me wrong. Many 3rd party vendors are amazing in their own strengths and ways but I just prefer to do every project in-house for better control of what I care the most. Of course, this can be quite stressful for my project managers, designers, and programmers. They need to be highly disciplined and organised to get things done the way it should be. That's why, having the right mindset is important here. Every client/project is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. It's our responsibility to understand and satisfy our clients' needs with the technical knowledge and experience that we have. Anyway, I don't want to bore you further with our work principles.
