I have always had a natural skill associated with customer service. I have been acknowledged for my willingness to exceed expectations for people and their needs. My personality is that of an extravert, and has been acknowledged and associated with my ambitious, enthusiastic and always positive attitude. I have always had a appetite to learn more. I have a belief that we can learn any and everything- it is just a matter of searching. Being a student at Northern Virginia Community College, majoring in Cyber security- I am fulfilling that hunger for learning. I am also an Alumni to a nonprofit work force development program, Year Up. Since graduating the program, I converted from my internship to a full time employee into a fortune 100 company. Afforded to me through Year Up, I gained experiences and exposure in; Office etiquette, time management, tickiting systems (ServiceNow), imaging and reimaging devices, wiping hard drives, cable managment in LAN rooms, data retention projects, and detailed excel book management. Having exposure to server rooms, expanding data limits on user accounts, executing controls from the command line on both Macs and Pcs I have been able to sharpen my skills. Installing, uninstalling, and updating operating systems and application for users to be able to effectively complete company projects is something I partake in, daily. I have assisted in meetings for corporate employees ranging from C suite executives as well as outside vendors who partner with, or will potentially partner with the company. I plan to further my education to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security by 2022.
