I am the founder and manager of the boutique record label 'Parenthèses Records' for which I choose and supervise each new release. I founded the label while living in Australia but have now brought it back to my homeland, Belgium.My roles include:• Curator of each release and artist liaison;• Development of the marketing plan accompanying each release; • Budget management of each release and of the label as a whole;• Live event production;• Website and social media content management.

For West Australian Music (WAM) I was in charge of developing and managing various projects/events aimed at advancing the skills and knowledge of all levels of the music industry. I led all events from inception to execution and was responsible for client services, artist liaison, live event management and production, budget planning and management, staff management and digital marketing for projects including:- WAM Song of the Year 2012/2013: Annual songwriting competition & Awards Ceremony:Sponsors' services, marketing and promotional campaign, programming, artist liaison, sound/AV/lighting production. Clients include the Mental Health Commission of WA, the WA State Government, Alberts Publishing, Berklee College of Music, SAE Institute, APRAlAMCOS, several City Councils...- WAM Festival Music Conference 2012/2013: WAM annual event bringing enhanced music learning experiences to WA, collecting some of Australia and the world’s most exciting, innovative and experienced industry experts together in a conference featuring panels, workshops, one-on-one sessions, networking and more.Programming, content management, sponsors' services, panelists and moderators' liaison, ticketing and production management.- Perth Arena 'Plug Into Perth' Venue Launch 2012Sponsors' services, program assistant (7 live performances), production management and marketing to launch a 15,000 capacity venue. At KULCHA Multicultural Arts of WA, the peak body for the promotion of multicultural Arts and Artists, I took on the role of Program Manager, in charge of all programming and production activities, whether occurring at our 200 capacity venue or offsite.My responsibilities included:- Implementation of artistic policy;- Coordination of programming activities and their production across all program areas;- Production manager;- Artists' liaison;- Liaising with international arts sector;- Developing innovative partnerships with the arts and non-arts sector;- Working closely with the General Manager to develop program strategies and projects and to lead the staff team.

In the early stage of my stay in Australia, I developed and coordinated the Paris-based project Qwartz Electronic Music Awards branch in Perth, Australia.- Promoted the international project to Australian-based electronic music record labels; - Conducted interviews;- Filmed and edited live performances;- Provided Qwartz' official website with videos and music articles.

Taught French, Catholic Religion and Science to secondary students from year 8 to year 12 at a 'technical' school in Brussels.

Assisted the school's principal in all daily secretarial tasks.

At Crammed Discs, I assisted the Promotion and Publicity Manager in all aspects surrounding the launch of new releases and artists' touring.- Artists’ live tour planning;- Assistance with the implementation of artistic policies; - Setting up of promotional deals through media planning;- Following up of all international record distribution deals;- Assisting the Promotion and Publicity Managers with all media campaigns;- Stock management.

I joined Qwartz for the implementation of the first and second edition of the Qwartz Electronic Music Awards and assisted its Director/Founder in all aspects of the organisation and in the implementation of the competition and Awards Ceremony.- Development of Qwartz Electronic Music Awards artistic policy;- Selection and planning of the organisation’s artistic program;- Coordination of editorial and mailing actions towards the targeted public (music industry) and public subsidiaries organisations;- Promotion coordinator of all international independent record labels’ relationships;- Setting up of media partnerships- Creation and maintenance of database.
