• Assist General Manager in P&L reports while meeting corporate deadlines
• Assigns duties to staff and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies
• and established operating procedures
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Maintains accurate records including cash flow sheet, direct bill accounts, credit card

• Supervise and oversee the front desk staff
• Knowledgeable in the Direct Billing procedures
• Assist with problem solving on every shift
• Responsible for daily monitoring on the front office procedures and providing training on the fosse system

• Responsible for handling and resolving check out and balance of accounts
• Ensure that proper back up was provided for all billing inquires
• Audit and ensure that banquet charges and miscellaneous charges were posted to the master account correctly
• Oversee Direct Billing accounts and contact if necessary if bill was not paid in a timely manner
