Customer Success Management : • Managing French Market : client portfolio totaling €1,3M • Implementing collaborative processes to streamline project execution and ensure success (project onboarding, day-to-day follow-up, troubleshooting any issues) • Proactively foreseeing and capitalizing on upselling/cross-selling chances. • Driving continuous improvement by escalating client feedback for service enhancement; analyzing KPIs to fine-tune our offerings. • Synthesizing client requirements into meaningful business solutions. • Proposing actions and process improvements to ensure the motivation, engagement, and productivity/efficiency of the CSM team.Technical Project Management : • Be a driving force in the continuous improvement process of the team and the company by managing complex client projects: LTI/SAML integrations (Moodle, Shiboleth, Brightspace, CSOD...) • Making decisions on best practices and processes with the product team (product owners, front-end & back-end developpers, devops and support services) • Advising the Sales team on tenders and prospects on operational and technical requirements : feasability, timeline, comparative options. • Training and supporting the global CSM teams on technical procedures and processes.
