Technical and operational activities management necessary to implement the mission preparation and execution after the signature of the Launch Services contract

Project Manager with a team of 4 people (+7 externals) in charge of :• Designing & deploying an Integrated and Collaborative Multidisciplinary Design Platform for any Advanced Project (with generic processes, tools and data models),• Designing (with external partners) & deploying a Data Management platform now used on all launcher programs, involving ArianeGroup, Arianeworks, Arianespace & ESA (~1000 people, budget 500 k€/year) and adapted for any design phase (Phases 0/A/B/C/D/E/F),• Deploying a Data Science environment (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning using Python) on promising use cases.Projects : Ariane 6, R&T, Advanced Projects (Expandable & Reusable Launch Vehicles)

Responsible of the Definition, Design & Validation of the “control” function of the Flight Control System on Advanced Projects and Ariane 5 during development, qualification, mission preparation phases and during post-flight analyses.Projects : Ariane 5 (E/S Galileo, E/CA, A5ME), Advanced Projects (IXV, Space Plane, re-entry vehicles)
