• Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, generating offer letters for all new hires • Onboard and orientate new employees, including verification of I-9s and coordinating with internal departments for a successful onboarding for the employee• Act as the HR contact for 232 employees• Assist in the implementation of human resource management and applicant tracking systems (Exponent HR and Hirebridge)• Administer all health and leave benefits including FMLA, short-term and long-term disability• Assist in the planning and organization of a manual open enrollment; responsible for tracking enrollment forms, employee elections, and manually entering into Paylocity and all insurance portals• Manage all employee personnel records in accordance with state and federal laws• Assist payroll manager in processing bi-weekly payroll• Work with hiring managers and operational staff to determine department and organizational needs

• Work in tandem with physician assistant, nurse, medical assistant, and other ancillary staff to ensure the best patient care • Answer and direct calls as needed in a timely manner • Register new patients and verify all demographic and insurance information for returning patients• Verify insurance eligibility for all patients one day prior to scheduled appointments• Triage patient concerns and forward to the appropriate parties• Schedule appointments, move appointments, and update clinic schedules as needed• Perform all clerical duties including; disability paperwork and attorney scheduling• Schedule internal and outside physician referrals in timely manner• Document refill requests, patient concerns, voicemails, and other essential communications in patient charts

• Print and review the provider’s schedule daily• Maintain general tidiness of the waiting areas• Verify patient insurance and demographics at each appointment• Scan insurance cards and valid photo ID into the EMR• Schedule follow-up appointments for patients• Collect co-pays, surgery deposits and account balances from patients when applicable• Coordinate patient care regarding pre-operative and post-operative needs, i.e. crutch training, braces, and DME application• Responsible for balancing payments and completing DME/ABN paperwork on a daily basis
