Working as a member of the Digital UX team as a UX Designer & Researcher

Sole UX/UI Designer for HR software startup. Responsible for all UX/UI work across product suite, including research, design, prototyping, user testing, and design system. Designed multiple new features and enhancements to existing product. Responsible for re-design of product with intuitive UI & modern design. Work collaboratively with product team, customer support, leadership, and multiple dev teams. Responsible for rebranding, company design standards, and component libraries.

Working as a member of the Multimedia Development Team to create websites, communications, and online training for 10,000+ Healthcare professionals throughout the state of NM. I have worked on projects in the roles of UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Instructional Designer, multimedia developer, and project manager. My role requires me to conduct usability testing; create mockups, wireframes, and style guides; and design logos, graphics, internal marketing materials, websites, and training; and work with SMEs and developers to create solutions.

Worked on the implementation design team for MyChart Bedside, creating training materials and curriculum. Also conducted research and evaluation of current systems to use in recommendations of future directions.

Facilitating small intensive courses for Continuing Education in various Graphic Design disciplines, designing agile learner centered curriculum and adapting to learner needs.

Worked as an employee and customer trainer to facilitate large group, small group, and individual training sessions, new employee orientation, continuous development, and design training curriculum. Also served as Youth Programs coordinator to plan, organize, and implement youth programs with the community, leading a team of 3-4 to facilitate training and host events, and build relationships with local schools.

Working as a member of a team monitoring inventory levels and managing product and providing outstanding customer service through upholding Apple’s Core Values of customer focus, encouraging open dialogue, and creating a community in which open communication, great relationships, and learning enriches lives. Performed administrative duties, including writing the schedule for approximately 100 employees, coordinating events for customer and employee experience, and worked with hiring managers to coordinate interview processes and candidate communication.

Worked with Instructional Design team to design, create, and evaluate a customized LCMS website for healthcare provider training. Worked as graphic designer and user experience designer to create intuitive UI interface. Also developed an evaluation plan for site content and training delivery.
