Team work is the next most important skill I have learned. Within a small business if employees are not working as a team the business suffers. Lastly conflict resolution. Around 1-5 times a day there is a conflict with a customer or a co-worker. With quick thinking and logic I have learned to easily resolve these conflicts without them affecting the business.

During this time I have found that our online interaction has increased around 20%.
