Hello, my name is Alexis. I am a recent graduate with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. My rigorous PA curriculum has equipped me with a deep understanding of medical knowledge and the critical thinking skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care. Coupled with my prior hands-on experience as a medical assistant at two federally qualified health centers and as a medical scribe for a reproductive endocrinologist, an OB/GYN, and in the emergency department, I have developed a well-rounded skill set that includes patient care, medical documentation, and effective teamwork in fast-paced environments. My prior experience laid a strong foundation in healthcare, while my PA training has honed my clinical decision-making, diagnostic abilities, and procedural skills. Together, they have given me the proficiency and confidence needed to be a successful Physician Assistant.I am passionate about healthcare and dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations. I am currently seeking my first opportunity as a Physician Assistant, with interests spanning urgent care, emergency medicine, and surgical specialties.
