Data Science Manager - Latam Finance.

Lead the Billing Team for LATAM & Caribbean Region (Including MIAMI).Be on charge of the Order Audits Team that deals with: - Ensure the data quality and flow of information between the CRM and the Billing Systems. - Ensure te correct processing of recurring & not recurring charges and usage in the Billing System. - Controls the parameters on the system to guarantee the reliability of the invoice. Be on charge of manual invoicing, including back-billing, re-billing and special invoices.Support the internal and external customer on dealing with special billing requests.Resolve incidents that the system may have preventing incorrect billing.Lead the automation processes in the Customer Financial Services area. Develop user friendly solutions at short time for all the user areas using Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Macros & in-house Solutions.

My Duties:- Work on a Project, closely with project managers, system administrators, and the development team during the development, test, and launch phases of the software development life cycle to configure and release Rating & Billing into test and production environments.- Lead a Team for establish / mantain the quality of configuration of Rating & Billing Processes (Postpaid/Prepaid Market at Production instance).

Support of batch and online system maintenance using COBOL, CICS and JCL. Working on a Billing Project for an Important Telecommunication Company in Argentina.
