Alexis is a recent graduate of Kellogg’s inaugural MBAi program – an MBA at the intersection of business and technology with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Alexis went to Kellogg to pivot to a career focused on net impact – using her process and analytics skills to advance technology and systems that help the world and/or its people. She’s passionate about implementing practical and sustainable innovations and is excited to apply her real-world operations experience to develop strategy for impact at scale. Alexis is an experienced engineer, program, and project manager with over 5 years in technical operations. Her expertise in operations management, capacity growth, logistics coordination, process automation, and budget management have helped her deliver exceptional results at Dow. Her primary expertise lies in process optimization and analysis – designing, improving, and scaling systems to do more safer, faster, and with less. Notable projects include:- Reactor capacity expansion project that enabled 18% growth in year 1 and 25% growth by year 2. This optimization project required zero capital dollars and delivered an NPV of $18 million. - Plant downstream flexibility project which shifted production processes downstream to more efficiently utilize capacity constrained upstream equipment.
