🔶 WHAT I DO Through consulting, training, coaching and speaking, I work with clients in the areas of leadership, sales, and organizational change to increase results.🔶 WHO I WORK WITH I’ve worked across industries from financial services to medical device and hospitals, so describe myself as industry neutral. I can go into an organization, quickly learn about the business and pull on these experiences to recommend appropriate solutions. I have a passion for helping women succeed. I started my career in STEM and I was often one of the only women in the room. Navigating this, mostly on my own, motivated me to work with women individually through coaching and mentoring, and to work with organizations and leaders who champion women.🔶 TRAINING AND FACILITATION Along with facilitating off-the-shelf programs, and I have developed a variety of leadership/ management workshops, and sales-related curricula, many for the Financial Services industry. 🔶 SPEAKING I have presented on leadership topics at internal conferences and meetings of public companies, and to organizations including the YWCA of Chicago, Boardroom Bound, DePaul University, Professional Women's Club of Chicago, ORBA, Northwestern University Alumni and Bank of America. Internationally I have been honored to present to business and government leaders in Harbin China, and to a number of financial organizations in Melbourne Australia. 🔶 PARTNERSHIPS I believe in partnering with high quality organizations to give clients a variety of options.
