As BallotReady’s first customer success hire, I established the Customer Success and Support departments and built a cross-functional team of 21 FTEs coordinating onboarding, implementation, and support for 225 organizations and >20M end users. We decreased time-to-onboard by 60% and increased customer satisfaction by 29% during a period of 10x account.

I served as Chief of Staff to the Coordinated Campaign Director for U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill's re-election campaign. I owned our $7.1M campaign budget and internal communications to 150+ FTEs. I also oversaw logistics and tech implementation for special projects like our statewide Get Out the Vote effort to contact millions of voters across the state.

I led an Operations team that managed all of the logistics needed to keep our amazing 150+ campaign staff and 34 campaign offices running. We handled everything from faulty wifi to the development of HR policies and trainings. I'm particularly proud of our work to redesign supply distribution for 34 campaign offices across the state, which led to a 10%.

I sourced candidates for financial investment from EMILY's List and advised EMILY's List on which campaigns to support. I also worked directly with candidates to strengthen their fundraising strategies and budgets.

I worked with the Finance Director and directly managed a team of 4 that raised $26.5M and outperformed fundraising goals by 27%. Chris Koster's race was the most expensive gubernatorial election of 2016, with >50M spent.

I oversaw all in-state fundraising outside of Denver and Boulder for U.S. Senator Mark Udall's re-election campaign, outperforming fundraising goals by 55% and raising more money in rural Colorado than any previous statewide campaign.
