I serve as a student ambassador for the College of Health Professions at the Medical University of South Carolina, the largest of their 11 colleges. I lead campus tours, assist in open house events, participate in instagram takeovers, and provide insight during Q&A panels as well as letters to prospective students.

Elected by my classmates to serve as 1 of 3 fundraising chairs for the class. Fundraising chairs are responsible for fundraising for the white coat ceremony and DPT formal as well as create apparel. This is accomplished through various fundraising activities, merchandise sales, bake sales, and percent nights. I take lead on creating apparel for the class and coming up with fundraising ideas.

I work with the New Students and Family Program in the Dean's Office to get new students acclimated to life as a student at the University of Florida. I work with a co-instructor and teach the class called First Year Florida. I help create lesson plans, rubrics, and the syllabus, as well as meet with students for one-on-ones to check in on their well being.

I am a role model and leader for the new and incoming cohort of Peer Leaders under New Students & Family Programs at the University of Florida. I guide the new Peer Leaders through their transition in the training course and in facilitating the class in the fall. I also lead informational sessions about the Peer Leader Role and evaluate at interviews for the position.

I oversee the program as a whole including my fellow directors and the 36 ambassadors to ensure that each ambassador is adequately trained and prepared to give support to women in need or in crisis. The focus of SSA is to provide mental health and sexual assault awareness, prevention, and resources. Sister Support Ambassadors assist in creating a moral support system for all women within the Panhellenic community. They are trained in mental health topics and reporting systems/methods to get the women they speak to any help that may be needed. They hold office hours upon completion of various trainings where women can come and talk to them privately and they support them in any way they can.

Obtained observation hours in the field of physical therapy with a concentration in sports medicine under a practicing doctorate of physical therapy. I shadowed him in his work place following his schedule three times a week for 6 weeks, obtaining knowledge about the field and ways of practice, as well as learning how to handle physiological equipment and standards of patient care.

I represented my chapter among fellow delegates from the 17 other sorority chapters affiliated with the Panhellenic Council at the University of Florida. I was a member of the Community Events Committee and helped orchestrate the annual Ghouls, Goblins & Greeks event for the children of the Gainesville community. I am responsible for the safety of all patrons both in the pool and outside of the pool. I maintain professional contact with the members whose children I teach lessons to, helping the new swimmers to grow in their skills and confidence. It is my duty to maintain a safe environment and ensure the pool is clean.

I maintain the cleanliness of the pool and locker rooms, check chemicals to make sure the pool environment is safe, and am responsible for the safety of all members.
