Primary Application Support Role – Application expert (SME)Integrate changes in functionality including Versions (current and upcoming) systems as they are implemented throughout a hospital.Understanding of how a variety of applications are or can be integrated with other applications. All existing inbound/outbound feeds.Provided support to different MBO’s and specific applications found at that site and what functionality is in use or available, be able to Identify version by MBO, understand the integration between available applications at the MBO Documentation of all application interactions, problem solving solutions, and the creation of documentation in the approved Advanced Clinicals template. Maintain all published documents as changes are made or discovered.Understand the details concerning an upgrade and when it is available. Communication with the vendor and customer as it relates to scheduling and moving forward with a version upgrade or update. Implementation of CPN (formerly QS). Implementation/project manager of AirStrip OB. Administrator for both CPN & AirStrip. Maintain the BIrthlog. Tracked/provided core measure data. Management of scheduling for unit. Hiring/staffing of both FT/PT/Travelers. Physician Coordinator for OB. Support of New Hirers and orientation of staff (perdiem/travelers). Maintain unit preparedness for JACHO.

•Provide professional services and clinical support to hospital client accounts - including pre-sales demonstrations (virtual and on-site), customer workflow analysis and mapping to ensure technical requirements interoperability, user training pre/post, go-live support, and post-implementation technical and clinician support.•Reviewed current state of engagement data as a dashboard metric and sustain a commitment to excellent customer service and ensure the full potential of the technology is achieved.•Assist AirStrip Sales, Client Manager and technical teams as a clinical and educational resource both internally and externally during the pre/post sales and implementation process - including site assessments, meetings and conference opportunities to have clinical engagement with other clinical leaders • Maintain a process improvement plan to support process improvement metrics for the client, address any clinical workflow concerns to identify any changes/modifications to current product use and provide insight of future upgrades or products to remove barriers in care and improve efficiencies in delivering quality care.•Act as a team resource providing mentoring to team members, assist with project assignments and scheduling of resources to projects, assist with orientation to the role and training mentorship, •Interaction with internal AirStrip teams, partner companies, new / existing customers, and third party system vendors to maintain industry relationship, and collaboration on best practices to remain relevant to the product being delivered and use of AIrStrip Product lines.

Project Management:•Project Manager of new installation of AirStrip Product Suite. (OB, ACD & APM).•Coordinated technical install meetings of all new AirStrip installations, as well as, responsible for installation planning, resource scheduling, and site specific process management.Responsibilities:•Ownership of all aspects of go-live support which includes training of physicians, IT Support, superusers for AirStrip application and implementation at Go Live•Managed install base for customer satisfaction and receiving customer feedback and enhancement requests. •Assisted sales and technical teams as a clinical resource including pre/post sales presentations, trade shows and meetings.•Built a valuable report with my hospital AirStrip Administrators. •Identified issues & concerns then followed up appropriately to get resolution.•Assisted in the creation/documentation of new/revised team training documents & install checklists.•Developed options and recommendations to quickly resolve operational problems and questions to minimize impact on end-use productivity and overall impact.
