As a dedicated undergrad student at the esteemed O'Neill School of Public & Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, I bring a unique blend of qualities and experiences that shape my journey in academics and personal growth. My focus revolves around three key pillars: Leadership, Growth mindset, and Diversity- all collectively shape my journey towards personal and academic success.Leadership: Assertive leadership is a quality that defines my interaction with my peers, evident in my role as the secretary within Mu Beta Lambda Business Fraternity, inc. This responsibility provided a platform, to showcase my ability to lead with respect and influence positive change. Through effective leadership, I not only am a part of big decisions within the organization but also provide excellent communication through out the entire chapter. Growth Mindset: Driven by a relentless pursuit of personal and academic growth, I am committed to cultivating a mindset that embraces challenges as opportunities. The dynamic environment at the O'Neill school fuels my passion for continuous growth, pushing me to excel academically and evolve as an individual. I view every experience as a chance to learn, adapt, and contribute to my own development.Diversity: My background of different experiences was the influence of two immigrant parents and growing up in a low-income household. These circumstances have been a source of invaluable life lessons, instilling in me a deep understanding and empathy for underrepresented groups. My unique perspective has not only enriched my personal growth but also contributed to my achievement of the prestigious Groups Scholars Scholarship.
