I’m an integrative psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples move past stuck points, navigate life transitions, ease anxiety, resolve conflicts, and feel more connected in their relationships.Through a holistic mind-body approach and a gentle yet direct style, I help clients address both day-to-day challenges as well as the deeper layers that lead to lasting change. I bring many decades of life experience to my work and offer a warm, down-to-earth and collaborative space for exploration.In addition to my education, I have specialized training in various psychotherapeutic approaches. These include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, an effective, evidence-based therapy that helps partners transform difficult patterns and deepen connection; Parts Work, which is similar to IFS: Internal Family Systems; and Hakomi, a mindfulness-based somatic therapy.I see clients in-person at my San Francisco office and online throughout California; and offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore people’s needs and how I may be able to help.
