Working across the AIP Federation on two projects: the Physics and Astronomy STEMM Equity Achievement (SEA) Change pilot, which supports departments in self-study to improve DEI practices and policies, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Collective Impact project, to ensure the Member and Affiliate Societies are best serving physics and astronomy departments in the AIP Federation.
