• Prepare local or in-house content for national distribution via PBS or American Public Television• Maintain close relationship with local filmmakers to help showcase their talent locally and in some cases bring it to a national audience. • Create each month’s local television broadcast schedule, which includes national PBS programming, programming from various distribution platforms and content from local producers.• Work closely with independent producers and national publicists to get the newest and most appropriate programming for WHYY’s viewing audience• Produce You Bet Your Garden, a weekly nationally syndicated radio program, which airs Saturday’s at 7 am and Noon on WHYY-FM. • On-air host for quarterly TV membership drives

I do a lot of different multi-media production for WHYY. These duties include: producing a weekly syndicated radio show, You Bet Your Garden with host Mike McGrath and building a monthly arts magazine show with segments from stations around the country. In addition, I create the TV programming schedules for WHYY-TV.
