Prior to founding Meinzer Group, I worked in the Venture Capital Industry with a private equity firm (Core Partners) as the Director of Business Development. I was an integral contributor to the advancement of new acquisitions from start up to cash flow positive in a wide variety of industries including: real estate, government, IT, oil & gas and not-for-profit.I perform best when helping clients define their growth visions and targeted sales, I have a talent for developing and optimizing sales and marketing programs. I am proficient at transforming business vision into quantifiable sales results. My experience in venture capital, marketing and sales provides a broad perspective for developers/builders allowing me to help springboard projects to the next level.Executing a successful build project begins long before breaking ground. Meinzer Group is a team of real estate research, marketing, project management and sales specialists that work with builders to provide expert insights and services for every stage of the project. We take you from concept to completion, including area research, buyer demographic profiles, price point and competitor analysis, brand and marketing material development, interior selections, legal documentation, sales strategy development, project management, show suite set up, sales centre staffing and MLS sales.

As a Partner with Meinzer & James Realty Group, I facilitate the execution and coordinate of all matters necessary to sell or buy a resale home for both the public and builders/developers. I have a strong business acumen for demographic/area analysis, current market dynamics/pricing, resale home marketing, expert negotiation skills and on-the-ground tactical sales initiative leading to a successful transaction for my clients.

As EVP for QE2, my focus was on pre-closing due diligence and corporation preparation for purchase, post closing integration development & execution, corporate alignment & synergistic development for platform vertical/horizontal integration of new business acquisitions, awareness & perception management of QE2 in the market and overall advancement of QE2 strategic objectives.

As the director of marketing and business development for Core Partners, I was integrally involved in the development and execution of marketing and sales plans, communication and public relation strategies, and large scale launch events for each new acquisition from established corporations to start-ups. As well, I performed pre-acquisition business development research and due-diligence for market share, corporate synergies, sales and marketing techniques and long term consumer engagement and buy-in. Throughout my years at Core Partners, I developed the ability to lead, manage, and grow strong working relationships in any environment.
