Currently a Systems Engineer for the Air C2 : NAVAIR CCS EO/IR program at NG. I am part of the Fighter & Vision Systems under the Airborne Strike Platforms Systems Department. Our primary focus is the Helmet Mounted Display System (HMDS) for Rockwell Collins ESA Vision Systems (RCEVS). Our goal is to ensure we fully execute our every program with our joint partners. My responsibilities as an employee include overseeing Platform Team schedule and financials, contributing to the Next Generation HMDS requirements development, and participating in Rockwell Collins Bids.

I was part of the Fixed Wing Display Application Subsystems team under the Display Applications Subsystems department. The programs I was assigned were the P-3 Chilean and P-3 Greece Global Programs. My responsibilities included fully executing the P-3 Chilean program from SRR to Red Label Releases (FQT). This included baselining the program and integrating updates to meet the customer demanded configuration on a waterfall based approach. I was responsible for leading my Software Subsytem through the entire execution as the Lead Systems Engineer with the support of my Lead Software Engineer as well as oversee the Cost Account Manager responsibilities. I am experienced with SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, addressing customer questions, and Integration Test Events.The P-3 Greece effort has similar configurations efforts, however was a full Agile program. The role I proceeded within the Agile Team was the Scrum Master of my subsystem. I transitioned to another department in the Incremental Development of the P-3 Greece program.Within the P-3 Global program I was also responsible for the redesign of the RC EIDS COTS. My team and I redesigned the Rockwell Collins EIDS using Model Based Development.

My main goal as a Sr Technical Intern was verification and validation. I was responsible for tracing requirements for the P-3 Germany and KC-135 Merger programs. I assisted in verification in the lab and helped test during Functional Integration Testing (FIT) at the Displays Software Subsystem Level.
