The programs I was assigned were the P-3 Chilean and P-3 Greece Global Programs. My responsibilities included fully executing the P-3 Chilean program from SRR to Red Label Releases (FQT). This included baselining the program and integrating updates to meet the customer demanded configuration on a waterfall based approach. I was responsible for leading my Software Subsytem through the entire execution as the Lead Systems Engineer with the support of my Lead Software Engineer as well as oversee the Cost Account Manager responsibilities. I am experienced with SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, addressing customer questions, and Integration Test Events.The P-3 Greece effort has similar configurations efforts, however was a full Agile program. The role I proceeded within the Agile Team was the Scrum Master of my subsystem. I transitioned to another department in the Incremental Development of the P-3 Greece program.Within the P-3 Global program I was also responsible for the redesign of the RC EIDS COTS. My team and I redesigned the Rockwell Collins EIDS using Model Based Development. -
