Human Resource Generalist
Current- Communicated important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.). Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offer.
- Updates and maintains confidential personnel files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
