Serves as the chair of the Leadership & Nominating Committee and the committee’s liaison to the Chapter Leadership Team.Duties:Organizes and executes the chapter leadership position application and interview process, as well as the placement of individuals into these positions.Organizes and tracks documentation for the Chapter Evaluation and the chapter’s submissions for campus award and recognition programs.Oversees all officer training within the chapter including the facilitation of the Officers Leadership Retreat for the Chapter Leadership Team and completion of Online Learning Center training courses and one-on-one transition meetings.

Duties:Assisted in setting up labs with Qualtrics, Z-Tree, and worksheets to conduct lab sessions for 80 participants a week to run multiple research studies. Checked in and out participants at the front desk and through SONA System to manage participation information.Handled cash for payouts for experiment incentives including bills and coins, while maintaining a cash log. Inputted research information from paper studies onto a spreadsheet with accuracy for data analysis. Directed participants to the survey room and instructed them on the details of the survey based on the instructions provided by the researcher.
