• Maintain a social calendar that defines content, cadence, and channel• Craft social posts for all brand channels, including LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), that express the firm’s unique voice, uphold the firm’s brand core values, and drive audience and engagement• Work with global content, marketing, and communications teams to amplify brand stories and translate research and other thought leadership for social platforms• Work closely with social media team to support analytics and social listening reports• Collaborate with team to optimize our current platform strategy with alignment to the overarching marketing, communications, and business objectives• Stay aware of constantly evolving social media and industry trends and help develop, maintain, and uphold best practices for social presence• Craft compelling and creative copy for social media posts that engage audiences and drive user interaction and conversions.• Analyze social media data through Sprinklr to identify KPIs and assess the effectiveness of campaigns • Generate regular reports on social media metrics, including engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversions • Provide insights and recommendations based on social media analytics to optimize content strategy and improve overall performance • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation• Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for use across social media platforms, collaborating closely with brand and design teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and overall aesthetic

• Work with internal teams and systems to manage marketing campaigns, strategies and collateral• Lead the process to independently manage marketing content updates, changes or new product launches – across marketing channels• Partner and align with key stakeholders including compliance, legal, brand and product managers• Implement changes including testing, approvals and manage post-production validation for digital channel work

• Documenting correspondence attempts to reach Scholarship winners via email and phone in the Scholarship “VaxCash Contact Log” Google sheet • Working with CRISP for gaps in data and contact information • Working with MDH on questions related to correspondence attempts and overall communication issues with Winners and Alternate Winners • Receiving and reviewing completed Authorization forms from Winners/Alternate Winners and sending to Maryland Higher of Education

As a Social Media Marketing Coordinator I administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes: deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting through hootsuite and and excel editorial calendar. Development of brand awareness and online reputation. With the use of SEO (search engine optimization) and the generation of inbound traffic. Utilizing google ads and Facebook/Instagram promos. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Other task will include video construction from filming to editing in iMovie. In addition, creating unique marketing tactics for each of the loan officers through testimonials, events and media outreach (email, flyers, gifting).
