• Planning and preparation of cargo operations / stowage plans / operation manuals/ lift arrangements / seafastening arrangements.• Design and calculation of sea fastening elements, lifting appliances etc.• Attending loading and discharging operations to advise and support the people on site • Attending technical meetings with customers, MWS, agents, etc. • Provide technical advice and support to the commercial team

•In charge in planning and supervising the construction/repair of the vessel.• Ensures the safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulation.• Verifies the required equipment and materials.• Verifies and keep records of the accomplishments of in house and sub-contractors.• Prepares the progress accomplished works for the process billing.• Assist local surveyor and IACS Surveyor during the duration of project/vessel repair.• Confirms project outcome and performance by evaluating and conducting test.• Updates Vessel’s plan such as General Arrangement plan, Passenger Accommodation plan, Life Saving and Emergency Escape plan, and shell expansion plan of the project vessel.• Prepares repair plan drawing as per requirement of IACS surveyor prior to repair of the vessel.• Performs other function as may be directed by the shipyard manager.
