Jack of all trades, master of some. I love learning and adding to my repertoire of knowledge and skills. Since I was a child I have been a curious creative. From drawing and writing music to applying my art skills to my science homework, using the left and right sides of my brain has been what keeps me going. I like challenges and overcoming obstacles. That's probably why customer service is one of my strongest skills. I am a people person through and through. I want you to know you are being heard and you are being taken care of. I am passionate about utilizing human connection to make a positive difference in a person's day. I went from a creative arts high school to getting my Associate's Degree in accounting because I realized that my creative side can be very useful in problem solving and optimization. Aside from my skills as an employee, I pride myself on being someone who cares to make the work environment better. I've spearheaded a weekly department email that highlighted historical events of that week and recognized employees for the great things they do called "Thank You Thursday," organized potlucks or surprise lunches for my team, and just plain paid attention to my peers and made sure to be someone who can be counted on for a laugh when needed. One of my favorite quotes is, "Attitudes are contagious. Are yours worth catching?"Nothing satisfies me more than meeting people, developing relationships, problem solving, learning, and contributing to the success of an organization and my team.
