Hi, my name is Alexis Jackson. As a proud native of the Inland Empire, I am beyond grateful to further my career in music and entertainment. I strive to advocate, empower, and collaborate with other aspiring artists. I'm blessed to be able to expand my love for the arts in multiple ways, from studio work, music production, vocal and theatre training. I am a proud graduate of the Los Angeles Recording School with my studies in music production. While at my time at LARS, I developed a love for working with indie artists and musicians from all across the world, as well as advancing on my technique of transmedia and project design. I have hopes of creating a safe space and provide resource for indie artist and entertainment professionals, especially those of color. In 2014, I was blessed record at Capitol Records and travel abroad to record at Abbey Road Studios. While being conducted by Richard Sherman and accompanied by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, my theatre troupe was able to record original Disney music. We then finished the project at Capitol Records. That first experience in the studio world confirmation in my career at a young age. In 2018, I became the secretary for the Association of Black Music Artists founded of the campus of the University of California, Riverside. ABMA performs a capella versions of popular music and connecting with other college students made me fall in love with networking, especially in music form. I developed campaigns for outreach and corresponded to sponsors. Overall, these opportunities expanded my love for the arts and experience in the music industry.I am so excited to continue to my journey into the music and entertainment industry. I welcome all networking and I'm very openminded when it comes to all my endeavors, especially when it comes to my love for the arts.
