As an area manager at MQY1, I lead cross-functional teams, including 70 direct reports. Working in an Amazon FC includes driving, deep diving, and improving KPIs while keeping cost and business need at the forefront, and motivating associates and peers to strive for excellence. As a developing Inbound Quality SME, additional responsibilities include holding the Inbound department to the highest quality standards, inventing, and removing barriers for customers, associates, and leadership. Additionally, calculating various business data, cost, and labor planning are just a few of the key responsibilities as an AM.

I was the primary first grade teacher at Abundant Life Christian School in Yamaranguila, Honduras, with a classroom of 31 children ranging from ages 5-7. They are all native Spanish speaking students, and one of my core responsibilities was teaching them English curriculum. I had to employ skills such as flexibility, creativity, and adaptability, as I was in a region that lacks physical and financial resources. Some key responsibilities included: developing and planning curriculum, supervising, educating, and enriching students through various teaching methods, activities, and more.

As a vocalist on the Liberty Worship Collective, I had the opportunity to lead at Wednesday and Friday morning Convocations (hosting around 15,000 people), Wednesday night Campus Community (hosting around 3-5,000 people), and travel to various states for conferences, tours, and events across the US when scheduled. I was on a team of approximately 50 musicians total that rotated schedules depending on the week and needs of the venue or event. I lead and sang many different styles of worship songs with my team, from hymns, to gospel, to CCM, and got to worship with middle schoolers, high schoolers, young adults, and older adults. This contracted position required flexibility and adaptability, as the schedule or songs being played could change at a moments notice, and often times the day before or day of the set. Additionally, I was always working in a team setting, and usually receiving feedback from one of my directors.

I started babysitting and nannying at the age of 16, and have worked with a variety of families since then. I've had the opportunity to work with, develop, and care for children ranging from newborns to adolescents, and I've also had experience caring for children with disabilities.

This internship provided first hand experience in a worship pastor role. Some of the things I gained experience in include: planning and preparing within the creative teams department for weekly Sunday gatherings, overseeing various ministry teams and tasks, programming within Vista, Ableton and Qlab, and leading worship on stage.

As a barista, I provided welcoming and friendly service to each guest, educated customers by presenting and explaining the extensive menu and answering any questions, learned and memorized the preparation of various drink and food items we offered, and helped maintain inventories and supplies
