I maintain a friendly atmosphere and respond to various customer needs. I retrieve and process customer orders and I promptly greet and seat guests.

I promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction on average 3-5 times weekly. I maintain incoming sales daily and perform data entry, resolve basic customer issues, and make recommendations as needed. I also organize and maintain confidential residential files for members and answer phones and direct calls.

I developed and implemented a marketing program to advertise the skills and dedication in the candidate’s campaign. I recruited and trained over 10 employees that advertised door to door and during Campaign Fundraisers under my supervision. I also maintained a website as well as 2 other sources of media.
