About Alexis Weges

How beautiful is it if your company is “in control”? Taking care of that is my passion!Through trial and error - during my top sport career, my training and work experience - I learned what I do and do not get energy from. I am a Finance Manager who thrives best in a broader role. I am not a loner, but rather a connector. I assume team spirit and working with mutual respect.In my role, metaphorically I do not “brake” so quickly, rather I like to play with the “accelerator”. I need a spot on the horizon with dynamism and have a lot of experience with change and growth. Within that, I do need space to solidify things thoroughly. My philosophy of life is positive! However, I do not have to carry that out on stage because I radiate it by nature already. I am non-conformist and creative with a strong social antenna. I am influential without being confrontational and like to be in contact with others. However, I am not dependent on others and have my own opinion and vision. Despite my goal-orientation, I am able to shift priorities when the situation demands it. I am responsible, solution-oriented and decisive. Moreover, I like to keep things simple.
