• Assist Newborn Girl/Toddler Girl division with all sample yardage ordering/tracking, color review/comments of lab dips/strike-offs.• Reviewed and approved all lab dips and strike offs for color (including trims, wash down ranges and additional seasonal programs) for Newborn Girl/Toddler Girl divisions for the SPRING/FALL2021 seasons as I was the only team member on the division with the light box while working remotely. • Assist in communication with all mills throughout the color development process and throughout bulk production.• Provide daily status updates of sample yardage and lab dip/strike-off during morning WIP meetings with Design Teams.• Keep detailed records of comments, approvals, and status in PLM.• Maintain Girls color standard library.• Collaborate with design, production, and costing teams to ensure the fabric qualities are being requested in the most cost efficient and time efficient way to uphold production delivery deadlines.• Travel To various international locations to review and approve strike offs and lab dips onsite.

• Collaborate with head of design and merchandising team to develop seasonal product, including sending out 1st specs, tracking samples and approvals• Maintain and oversee weekly product development status reports in PLM • Strictly monitor seasonal calendars to ensure design and merchandising adhere to the product development deadlines to meet approval deadlines• Collaborate on action plans to resolve with cross functional partners

• Gain skills in systems such as WebPDM, and Adobe Creative Suite • Maintain the showroom and update seasonal samples in Excel• Communicate with vendors efficiently to ensure that the quality of incoming samples are of company standards, by sending and receiving packages from overseas • Work alongside the Design and Technical Design teams to ensure the most recent sketches, specs, and standards have been updated and imported into PDM• Assist in the development of the SS18 product line by uploading style information into TechPacks for vendors to develop sample garments• Verify Sample Receive Charts for the correct Style Numbers, Fabric/Trim Description, Vendors, Fabric Weight, Colors/Prints, and Trim Details• Organize and check off Top of Production samples for Fall/Spring seasons based on category, color, and fit• Create mini-thumb folders in PDM for Fall18 by the proper commodity

• Demonstrate exemplary customer service to create a delightful buying experience• Remain knowledgeable on products offered & discuss available options• Go the extra mile to drive sales and maintain a loyal client base• Support in the arrival, pricing & presentation of new merchandise• Ensure content is relevant and displays/visual merchandising is up to date
