Partner with talent acquisition team regarding specific requisitions & activities for a particular level of candidate (i.e. Director, Manager) and the most hard-to-fill or the most strategic priorities to include working with a niche external vendor.Source passive candidates through video interviews, direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building from various diversity channels.Conduct research to identify candidates and build talent pipelines, identify high quality diversity candidates to fill current and future roles leveraging user groups, blogs internet searches, name generation, social networking/networking events, job boards and the ATS.Responsible for research process to map target companies and identify talent for critical positions.Partner with internal hiring managers and HR to understand the role requirements, candidate profile for key positions.Provide an initial screen and high level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role.Leverages research and analytical skills to prepare market maps, lists of target companies/schools, and supply and demand reportsActively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking systemIdentify future talent needs and proactively develop talent poolSpecialties: Healthcare (clinical, biotech, Pharma), Administrative, Human Resources, Mortgages, Sales Professionals, Finance, Administrative, Legal, General Diversity Recruitment
