As a member of a cross-functional team I took charge of enhancing training and coaching materials pertaining to Financial Economic Crime (FEC).

During my board year, I was responsible for new business development and project management.UniPartners Eindhoven is an innovative non-profit student consultancy company, which facilitates collaboration between students and organizations. On the one hand, UniPartners give these students the opportunity to gain practical work experience; the job is on project basis and directly related to their major field of study. On the other hand UniPartners makes up-to-date academic knowledge available for companies and provides them with a fresh set of eyes for their particular business challenges.

As a digicoach I help employees and students with hard/software problems. Furthermore, I support the introduction of new programs and other digital plans for the TU/e society.

Responsible for facilitating the group process, coaching and assessing professional skills elements like group planning, time management, collaboration, reflection, and peer assessment.

UniPartners Eindhoven is a management consulting firm run by ambitious university students. My traineeship is focusing on the improvement of student acquisition through quantitative research.
